La Casa is available to rent all year round, whether it's for a fortnight's family holiday, a long weekend of golf or to escape from the winter.
Prices include: rental for up to 6 persons, all bed linen, bath and kitchen towels and all utilities. Long Term rental -£450 per month
SPECIAL OFFER RATES SEPTEMBER TO DECEMBER 2011 - FROM 250 GBP PER WEEK PLUS FINAL CLEANNG CHARGE FOR SHORT TERM RENTALS AND OUR LONG TERM RENTAL RATE OF 500 GBP PER MONTH PLUS UTILITIES.
Weekly Rental prices include:
Penthouse rental for up to 6 persons, all bed linen, bath and kitchen towels, pool towels. A welcome grocery pack can be provided on request.
There is a final cleaning and laundry charge of approximately 65 euros payable on arrival to our property managers (dependent on number of guests staying at La Casa)
Weekly Rental prices exclude: Mid-stay or weekly clean/bed-linen & towel change - this service is available from 35 Euros extra per clean & change(payable locally to our agent).
Hire of Baby equipment can be arranged at an extra charge.
Beach/pool towels - we do provide some pool towels for your use.
Check in time 3.00 pm and check out at 10.00 am. If you need to make alternative arrangements for check-in and check-out then please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you but will depend on outgoing or incoming guests
To secure a booking a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the rental charge is required. The balance must be paid in full 6 weeks prior to departure.
Breakages deposit - We request a refundable deposit of Euros 150 to cover breakages/damage, to be paid with main deposit. The security deposit will be returned within 2 weeks, upon a satisfactory checkout.
