Property Features.
La Casa is accessed by lift from the ground floor from the rear car park which is also a suitable access for less able bodied guests. To the front of the building is the communal swimming pool and access to the Resort's Golf Course and other sporting facilities such as the green bowling,tennis & basketball course plus football pitches as well as the Club house and fitness & commercial area.

Double patio doors lead to the the magnificent 19 sqm balcony equipped for outside dining overlooking the whole panorama of La Tercia. Steps lead from the balcony to the 90 sqm solarium also equipped for outside dining plus built in BBQ.
Kitchen:
Our superb kitchen is fitted with granite worktops,ceramic hob, electric oven and extractor hood, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle, coffee maker, toaster. The utility area contains the controls for the American vacuum (hoover) system as well as the washing machine , iron, ironing board and airer and gas boiler.
Cleaning/towels, linen/maid service:
All Bed linen and towels are supplied. La Casa will be cleaned prior to arrival. A midweek clean and linen change can be arranged on request charged locally. A laundry and cleaning charge of 65 euros for 4 people or 80 euro for 5 plus guests is payable in addition to the rental.

United Golf Resorts La Tercia is the beginning of the new UGR Golf Trail which will comprise a total of 72 holes , located within the province of Murcia in South East Spain. United Golf Resorts La Tercia is the first of these developments and is set within the new golf valley of Murcia. There are numerous other challenging local golf courses available for guests to use.
